1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Game.
You also agree to comply with the rules and policies of the platform from which you downloaded the Game (for example, Google Play’s Terms of Service).
2. License to use the Game
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Aflatoon Kingz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use a copy of the Game on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Aflatoon Kingz.
3. User obligations & restrictions
When using the Game, you agree that you will not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Game (except where permitted by law);
- Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Game;
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose or for any unlawful purpose;
- Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or technical protections of the Game;
- Use any automated system (such as bots or scripts) to interact with the Game;
- Engage in any behavior that may disrupt or negatively affect other players’ enjoyment of the Game.
3.1. Age requirement
You represent that you are old enough to use the Game in your country under applicable laws or that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the Game by minors.
4. In-app purchases & virtual items
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, such as virtual items, in-game currency or additional content (collectively, “Virtual Items”).
- Purchases are processed by the relevant app store (for example, Google Play), not directly by us.
- All purchases are subject to the terms and payment policies of the app store.
- Virtual Items generally have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled according to the policies of the platform (such as Google Play). Please refer to the store’s refund rules or contact their support for refund requests.
5. Intellectual property & content
The Game, including all graphics, gameplay, text, audio, music, user interface, and underlying software, is the intellectual property of Aflatoon Kingz or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
You obtain no ownership rights to the Game or to any Virtual Items, even after purchase.
5.1. Feedback
If you send us any ideas, suggestions or feedback regarding the Game, you agree that we may use such feedback freely, without any obligation to compensate you, and that we may incorporate it into the Game or other products.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game, or remove or modify features, at any time if we reasonably believe that:
- You have violated these Terms or any applicable law;
- Your behavior may negatively affect other players or the Game;
- We need to do so to protect our rights or comply with legal obligations.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Termination or uninstallation usually does not entitle you to a refund of previously made purchases, subject to applicable law and the app store’s policies.
7. Disclaimers
The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aflatoon Kingz and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
In any case, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Game will be limited to the amount you have paid (if any) for the Game or in-app purchases during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
10. Changes to the Game and these Terms
We may update or modify the Game from time to time, for example to add new features, improve performance or address technical issues.
We may also update these Terms when necessary. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Game or via the store listing. Your continued use of the Game after changes become effective will mean you accept the updated Terms.
